Job summary

Logile, a leader in retail labor planning and workforce management, is seeking a Learning Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive adoption of Logile solutions. You will create e-learning modules, videos, and in-app guidance using AI-enabled tools, supporting onboarding and ongoing employee development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, customer education, or training delivery.
  • Experience creating customer-facing learning content for software products, SaaS platforms, or technical solutions preferred.
  • Experience with ArticulateRise, Canva, Camtasia, AI tools, and WalkMe preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging customer-facing learning experiences using ADDIE, storyboarding, and Bloom’s Taxonomy, including e-learning, webinars, instructor-led materials, videos, job aids, assessments, and digital adoption resources.
  • Support select internal enablement initiatives related to Logile solutions, retail concepts, onboarding, and ongoing employee development.
  • Create and maintain role-based enablement resources for system users.
  • Build and maintain WalkMe and in-app guidance experiences that support learning in the flow of work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with product updates and customer needs.
  • Develop quizzes, knowledge checks, and assessments to measure learning outcomes and reinforce key concepts.
  • Analyze learner feedback, completion data, adoption metrics, and performance indicators to improve training impact, user confidence, and customer adoption.
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content creation, prototype ideas, personalize learning, and enhance the learner experience.

The Learning Specialist will support internal employee, customer, and partner learning and enablement by creating engaging, practical learning experiences that help employees, users, and partners confidently build knowledge and adopt Logile solutions. This role will design and support e-learning courses, digital adoption experiences, videos, and other learning resources that strengthen product knowledge, solution adoption, retail expertise, employee capability, and customer outcomes. The Learning Specialist will play a key role in internal employee enablement, supporting onboarding, product and functional knowledge development, ongoing learning, and employee readiness, while also creating customer and partner education that improves understanding and successful adoption of Logile solutions. The ideal candidate is resourceful, collaborative, and curious about using AI and emerging technologies to improve learning design, development, and delivery.

  • Experience creating customer-facing learning content for software products, SaaS platforms, or technical solutions preferred.
  • Experience with ArticulateRise,Canva(orsimilar),Camtasia(orsimilar),AItools (e.g.,Copilot, Claude),andWalkMepreferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, writing, and visual design skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects forward with initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex software, retail workflows, and customer use cases, and translate them into clear, practical learning experiences.
  • Ability to work 1 PM – 10 PM IST

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or e-learning development is a plus.
  • Experience in retail, SaaS, or workforce management training is a bonus.
