Job summary

TaskUs is hiring a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies. You will create and manage end-to-end learning experiences for employees, partners, and distributors across our India operations.

You will lead curriculum development, deliver technical and induction training, and continuously improve programs to meet enterprise needs while upholding TaskUs' People First culture and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Set standards through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training with curriculum and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
• Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
• Act as the content expert, and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted.
• Develop and create effective induction programs.
• Monitor and review trainees' progress via questionnaires and discussions with their managers.
• Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, explore e-learning techniques and participate in creation/delivery of e-learning packages.
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning; and
• Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.
