Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Learning Exp Design & Dev Manager to lead end-to-end learning content development and delivery initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams and drive delivery excellence to meet business objectives in learning programs across ILT, vILT, eLearning, and blended modalities.

The role emphasizes instructional design leadership, program governance, and advancing learning technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 13–18 years of experience in learning design and delivery.
• Experience in leading instructional design and learning development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of learning and instructional design projects across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Establish governance mechanisms and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership for design and development of learning solutions across ILT, vILT, eLearning, blended learning, and performance support.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of learning technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
• Coach team members on instructional design best practices and capabilities development.

• Drive innovation through the adoption of learning technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and modern learning practices.
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, solution discussions, and project reviews with business and client leadership.
• Build strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
• Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead and mentor teams of Instructional Designers, Content Developers, Media Developers, and Learning Consultants.
• Coach team members on instructional design best practices, project delivery, and stakeholder management.

• Implement quality assurance processes and governance frameworks.
• Monitor delivery metrics, utilization, productivity, and performance indicators.

Qualification

Any Graduation
