Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Experience Design and Development Analyst in Navi Mumbai to develop training content using prescribed templates and collaborate across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on designing instructional strategies, curricula, and learning materials aligned to business needs.

The candidate will create and maintain e-learning and ILT materials, employ the latest learning tools, and deliver instructional content to help the organization achieve its learning goals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design & Dev.
• Any Graduation.

Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools.
• Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.
• Develop virtual trainings using authoring tools such as Articulate, Claroflow etc.
• Review your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the detailed design prior to sending to supervisor for review.
• Collaborate with peers and other teams such as Graphics team, Tech teams. via professional communication channels to build relationships.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, raise content discrepancy issues to supervisor as needed.
• Report status to Instructional Design Leads daily.
• Receive and action feedback related to deliverables and own performance.

What would you do?

The Learning Experience Design and Development Analyst develops training content based on detailed design specifications, using prescribed templates and guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop instructional materials.

• Design and implement instructional strategies, curricula, and learning materials that align to business needs.
• Develop and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Demonstrated knowledge of innovative learning tools and products, ensuring the use of the latest technologies to Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

What are we looking for?

• Strong content writing skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail to ensure quality
• Able to work with moderate supervision from the Lead/Manager
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint)
• Exposure to at least one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)
• Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate suite, Claroflow etc.
• Exposure to learning methodologies such as Gagne, ADDIE, and adult learning theories
• Exposure to writing or designing training for global, corporate audience
