Job summary

ExxonMobil's Learning Enablement Advisor role in India supports Engineering and Technical professionals across EMTech, Global Projects and Upstream Businesses, delivering training and capability development aligned with business priorities.

You will drive a learning culture, collaborate with the Learning MSP and vendors, analyze learning data, track metrics, and promote innovative solutions to maximize the return on learning investments.

Qualifications

  • Training / Learning experience (1-5 yrs) supporting a global organization.
  • Strong collaborator with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities; takes initiative.
  • Ability to influence without authority and develop innovative learning solutions.
  • Understands the value of continuous learning; growth mindset.
  • Good technology and analytical skills to input data and provide insight on key metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Learning Portfolio Advisors and Business Stakeholders to understand business needs and propose cost effective, innovative learning solutions
  • Collaborate with the Learning MSP, SMEs and 3rd party training vendors to develop and/or procure solutions to meet learning objectives
  • Progress key learning initiatives and promote learning offerings to drive a learning culture and support continuous growth
  • Develop annual learning plan; analyze learning data to measure effectiveness; communicate appropriate metrics to key stakeholders
  • Implement upgrades and enhancements to the Capability Development Standard (CDS) as advised by the Capability Specialists

ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

The Learning Enablement Advisor (LEA) partners with the business to deliver a suite of training for Engineering and Technical professionals based in India. The role will primarily support EMTech, Global Projects and Upstream Businesses to address learning capability needs to achieve business results. Key components of the role include

(1) helping to drive a learning culture

(2) engaging with the Learning MSP to effectively delivery learning solutions

(3) collaborating with business partners to progress learning initiatives

(4) promoting innovative learning solutions to maximize the learning investment and leverage technology, as appropriate.

Given the growth in India and the broad range of learning opportunities, the LEA in this role will be uniquely positioned to support capability development aligned with business priorities across a range of technical disciplines.

What you will do
