Responsibilities

Design and develop digital learning solutions in various formats (e-learning modules, manuals, multimedia).
Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Test own learning solutions for functionality per internal processes.
Coordinate reviews with SMEs and team members and implement feedback.

Job Description

Instructional Design and Development

Responsible for designing and developing medium to high complexity engaging and impactful digital learning solutions, in various formats (including e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia content), for different functional areas and target groups, according to organizational learning needs and objectives.
Responsible for applying instructional design theories, adult learning principles, methodologies and best practices in digital learning to develop impactul and effective learning solution.
Responsible for creating concepts and storyboards for various digital learning formats (including e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia content).

Technology Integration & Innovation

Responsible for using standard Learning Design authoring tools and state-of-the‑art instructional methods, functionalities and features.
Responsible for staying up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and trends in instructional design.
Responsible for implementing interactive elements and multimedia in learning solutions to enhance learner engagement.
Responsible to propose solutions for improvement in own area of expertise (usage of Learning Design authoring tools, instructional design theories, adult learning principles and methodologies, etc).

Testing

Responsible for testing own digital learning solutions, according to the internal Learning Design Development process, to ensure full and correct functionality of own work products.

Review

Responsible for organizing Level 1 (inside team) and Level 2 (with Subject Matter Experts) reviews after each Learning Design development phase, for own work products, according to the the internal Learning Design development process.
According to review feedback received, implements agreed updates and documents the result.
Responsible for performing peer reviews for other team members' work products.

Quality Assurance

Responsible for following the required internal Learning Design development process and methodologies.
Responsible to ensure compliance of own work products with internal quality standards.
Responsible to ensure high‑quality and consistency of own developed work products.
Responsible to ensure compliance with industry standards in instructional design and organizational policies.

Planning & Tracking

Responsible to plan own work and report regularly to the Project Manager the status of own activities, according to the Agile Project Management methodologies in place, to ensure timely delivery of committed digital learning solutions.

Know‑how sharing

Contributes with know‑how and best practice sharing from own area of expertise (usage of Learning Design authoring tools, instructional design theories, adult learning principles and methodologies, etc).

Technical support

Provides technical support for usage of Learning Design authoring tools to less experienced team members.
Contributes with technical expertise on Learning Design authoring tools, on request (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Techsmith Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).

Communication & Collaboration

Regularly communicates and coordinates with project team members and stakeholders (Learning Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts, Learning Designers) to ensure clarity and relevance of own developed digital learning solutions.
Works in a continuous collaboration and synchronization with project team members, to ensure an efficient work product development without interruptions.

Process

Contributes to process improvement for own area of activity (Learning Design processes).
Contributes to the development of templates, style guides and work instructions/guidelines for own area of activity.
