Globiva is seeking an Immediate Requirement for Quality Analysist & Quality AM to monitor and improve delivery and process KPIs in collaboration with centers.

The role involves conducting inductions and training, coaching after training, and identifying knowledge gaps to implement refresher sessions, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong cross-team collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This role, working closely with centers, is accountable for monitoring & improving critical delivery and process KPIs. This is done through:

Trainer Key Responsibilities

• *Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• *Conduct new hire induction &process training, delivery product, process soft skill training.
• *Monitor post training performance and provide couching, identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training session.

Experience

Experience: 2 -15 years of work experience out of which min, about 3 years in Business Excellence function/ QA optional - (Lean Six Sigma)
