Job summary

Great Learning in India seeks a product leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning products, from design to launch and continuous improvement, with a focus on AI-driven programs.

You will drive growth across analytics, data science, generative AI, and agentic AI, shape curriculum scope, and partner with faculty and SMEs to deliver market-leading programs and measurable learner outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of learning products from design to launch and improvement.
• Lead growth through learning products across AI analytics, data science, generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Shape product direction by defining curriculum scope, learning experience design, and program strategy.
• Partner closely with faculty, SMEs, operations, marketing, sales, delivery, and leadership to build market-leading programs.
• Work with Technology and Analytics teams to integrate AI-powered and Generative AI features into learning products and academic operations.
• Manage and guide a team of SMEs (data scientists, AI engineers, analytics engineers) to develop learning assets — including video lectures, code, case studies, projects, and assessments.
• Ensure programs deliver strong learner outcomes, market relevance, and business impact.
