Job summary

Travclan is a B2B Travel Tech startup hiring for a Learning and Development role in Delhi. You will develop L&D strategies aligned with business goals, partner with department heads to identify skill gaps, and deliver training sessions for employee growth.

Onboarding programs will be designed to ensure new hires integrate quickly and effectively. The role requires minimum 3 years in L&D, startup experience preferred, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Prior startup experience preferred.
• Willing to learn more and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multiple teams.
• Not ideal for someone uncomfortable with public speaking or volunteers for a 6-day week.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development
• Excellence / Ambition / Hard working attitude reflected in past profile (Strong educational background or demonstrated ability to outperform in previous roles)
• Prior Startup experience preferred
• Willing to learn more
