Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Chennai is seeking an experienced Lean Manufacturing professional to lead MOS training and drive continuous improvement across production and support teams.

The role focuses on implementing Lean tools including 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, Standard Work, and PDCA, with regular reporting to management and facilitation of training sessions to build capability and sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, or related Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, MOS, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools including 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, and Visual Management.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and facilitating process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
