Lead Content Designer / UX Writer (India) – Sprinklr
Job Overview
Sprinklr’s unified platform is undergoing rapid unification and accelerated AI innovation. We are seeking a Lead Content Designer / UX Writer to shape and operationalize content strategy across complex product areas, ensuring every interaction—from buttons and flows to AI explanations and onboarding—remains clear, consistent, and user‑friendly.
Mission
Lead and operationalize Sprinklr’s content architecture, AI interaction standards, and product language systems across priority product suites. Set direction, mentor others, and deliver scalable patterns that reduce friction, reinforce clarity, and make the platform easier to learn, use, and trust.
What You’ll Do
- Content Design & UX Writing – Lead content design for complex workflows across Social, Service, Insights, Marketing, and AI‑powered product experiences, translating enterprise concepts such as routing, permissions, case resolution, AI actions, analytics, and agentic workflows into clear, action‑oriented language and reusable patterns.
- Content Systems & Standards – Own and evolve cross‑product voice, tone, terminology, taxonomy, and reusable content patterns; partner with design system teams; lead naming, taxonomy, and information architecture decisions; define adoption of content standards for actions, errors, confirmations, states, empty states, guidance, and AI interactions.
- AI + Human Collaboration & Agentic Workflows – Lead language strategy for prompts, agent actions, generative content, system explanations, recommendations, automation handoffs, and human‑in‑the‑loop intervention points; establish AI content standards that build trust through transparency, explainability, and responsible user control.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration – Partner closely with product managers, engineering, QA, research, documentation, design systems, AI/Data science, customer success, support, and global stakeholders to align content strategy with customer and business outcomes; provide narrative clarity for product strategy, demo flows, onboarding, AI experiences, and internal product understanding.
- Mentorship & Enablement – Mentor designers, writers, and product partners on content strategy, UX writing craft, AI interaction language, and scalable decision‐making; facilitate content critiques, pattern reviews, and working sessions that help teams make better content decisions without creating bottlenecks.
- Information Architecture & Experience Clarity – Lead decisions on navigation labels, object names, workflow language, taxonomy, and information hierarchy across complex product areas to reduce cognitive load and create consistent language across connected workflows.
- Governance & Reusability – Create lightweight governance models that help distributed pods adopt consistent content patterns; identify and drive opportunities for reuse, consolidation, simplification, and improved delivery velocity across the platform.
Expected Outcomes
- Unified content standards adopted across priority product areas.
- Cross‑suite consistency in voice, tone, terminology, and reusable patterns.
- AI and agentic content standards that build trust and explainability.
- Improved experience clarity—reduced support tickets, fewer user errors, smoother onboarding.
- Operational efficiency—faster design and PM delivery cycles through reusable patterns.
- Team enablement—designers, PMs, and writers making stronger content decisions via mentorship, critiques, and reusable guidance.
