Lemon Yellow LLP is seeking a Lead - UX Research to turn observations, behaviors, and data into insights that improve digital experiences. You will plan, execute, and synthesize research to inform product decisions, working closely with designers, product teams, and stakeholders.

The role demands hands-on expertise in planning and conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys, with a focus on actionable outcomes and clear storytelling.

Qualifications

We're looking for a Lead - UX Research who can turn observations, behaviors, and data into insights that improve real digital experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Research Planning
  • Understand project goals, user problems, and business objectives
  • Define research objectives and choose appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Create research plans, discussion guides, and test scenarios
• Research Execution
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
  • Perform domain and desk research to build product and industry context
  • Carry out competitive and comparative analysis
• Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze research data to identify key patterns, pain points, and opportunities
  • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Validate insights using multiple research inputs
• Research Outputs
  • Create research deliverables such as personas, UX audits, journey maps, and reports
  • Document research findings in a structured and reusable format
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Present research insights to designers, product teams, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to inform design decisions
  • Communicate findings through clear storytelling and visuals
• Tools & Advocacy
  • Use Figma and research tools as part of the workflow
  • Act as the voice of the user throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stay updated with UX research best practices and methods
