Job summary

Principal Global Services is seeking a Lead - Trainer for Custody Solutions in Pune. You will design and deliver world-class training programs that shape careers and drive customer service excellence.

The role requires steering one-on-one mentoring, classroom sessions, and just-in-time training while maintaining current training materials and standards across departments. Night shift timings apply, with emphasis on accurate, ethical program delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial services, custody solutions, insurance, training, learning and development, or retirement.
• Custody Solutions work experience is a must.
• Good understanding of PCS work at GCH.
• Must possess strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess employee learning needs to support customer expectations and internal service standards.
• Build, plan, and deliver skills training for new and experienced employees in RIS Income Solutions.
• Facilitate learning through one-on-one mentoring, classroom sessions, just-in-time training, and team meetings.
• Create and refresh training materials to keep content accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• Apply corporate learning standards to training solutions and ensure consistency across teams.
• Coordinate and lead all aspects of training plans, learning initiatives, and projects.
• Partner with department leaders to align learning solutions with business needs.
• Collaborate with employees and leaders on training needs, mentored performance reviews, and recognition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess employee learning needs to support customer expectations and internal service standards.
• Build, plan, and deliver skills training for new and experienced employees in RIS Income Solutions.
• Facilitate learning through one-on-one mentoring, classroom sessions, just-in-time training, and team meetings.
• Create, maintain, and refresh training materials and curriculum to guarantee content stays accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• Apply corporate and business-unit learning development standards to training solutions.
• Encourage uniformity in training resources and educational delivery throughout teams and business sectors.
• Coordinate, lead all aspects of, and facilitate implementation of training plans, learning initiatives, and projects.
• Partner with department leaders and management to align learning solutions with business needs.
• Collaborate with employees and leaders on training and learning needs, including employee feedback, mentoring, performance reviews, and recognition.
• Support educational programs across multiple departments and business areas.
• Deliver high-quality, timely service while operating ethically and in line with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Complete other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Shift timings –Night shift -

5.30 / 6.30 PM IST to 2.30 /3.30 PM IST

Who You Are

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial services, custody solutions, insurance, training, learning and development, or retirement experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, or education.
• Custody Solutions work experience is a must.
• Good understanding of PCS work at GCH.
• Must possess good analytical, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, planning, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Must demonstrate effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be diligent and meticulous with the ability to manage change in a dynamic environment.
