Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in ETL testing and data quality processes.
• Strong SQL skills and Snowflake platform expertise (SnowSQL, Snowpipe).
• Hands-on validation of large datasets, transformations, and data lineage.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks (DBT, Great Expectations, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, and JIRA for test management.
• Healthcare data domain knowledge preferred (demographics, encounters, claims).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in agile squads (embedded QA per squad).

Responsibilities

• Validate data quality across ETL pipelines in a data warehousing environment.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to ensure data integrity.
• Write and execute SQL tests, validate Snowflake objects and data lineage.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and maintain test artifacts in JIRA.
• Contribute to testing strategy and maintain thorough documentation.
