Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP on HANA engineer to design and deliver cloud-ready ABAP applications, optimized for HANA with AI-native capabilities such as LLMs and RAG. You will implement pushdown logic, CDS views, and OData services in a collaborative, production-focused environment.

Join our team in Bengaluru for a high-impact role with integration to AI tooling, testing, and observability in enterprise SAP workloads.

Qualifications

Must-have SAP ABAP Development for HANA skills.
Experience with CDS Views and data modeling.
Familiarity with AMDP/SQLScript and HANA performance tuning.
Ability to integrate LLMs and AI tooling into SAP solutions.
Mindset for testing, CI/CD and observability in production.

Responsibilities

Develop high-performance ABAP on HANA solutions with pushdown principles.
Build CDS Views, Associations, Annotations & Authorization concepts.
Design modular, scalable ABAP applications for cloud readiness.
Develop OData services and APIs.
Integrate SAP services with LLMs, RAG and tool orchestration.
Implement AI guardrails, evaluation and deterministic fallbacks.
Establish automated unit, integration and contract testing.
Implement logging, monitoring, tracing and robust error handling.
Collaborate with UX, Data, Integration and Platform teams.
