Job summary

Frauscher invites experienced professionals to join its Frauscher Academy as Lead Technical Trainer. You will deliver and support technical training, develop learning content, and act as a subject matter expert for Frauscher railway signaling solutions.

Based in Bengaluru, this role requires 10+ years in railway signaling or safety-critical systems, with strong knowledge of signaling systems, axle counters, and train detection technologies.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Railway Signaling, Rail Transportation, or Safety-Critical Systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of Signaling Systems, Axle Counters and Train Detection Technologies.
• Experience in technical training, content development, and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-site training programs.
• Develop and update technical training materials and assessments.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Frauscher products and railway signaling solutions.
• Support onboarding and capability development for new employees.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering and Project teams for trainings and customer workshops.
• Promote digital learning platforms, LMS, and training data management.
• Participate in global academy initiatives and cross-functional training projects.
• Maintain training records, feedback, certifications and effectiveness metrics.

Lead Technical Trainer Frauscher Academy

Purpose

• To deliver and support technical training, competency development, and knowledge transfer initiatives for Frauscher customers, partners and employees, ensuring effective adoption of Frauscher products and solutions.

Job Description

• Lead the delivery of technical and product training programs across internal and external audiences.
• Develop and maintain technical training content, learning materials, and assessments.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Frauscher products and allied railway signaling solutions.
• Support customer engagement, competency development, and knowledge management initiatives through Frauscher Academy.
