Frauscher Academy seeks a Lead Technical Trainer to drive top-tier technical and product training across internal and external audiences. You will develop comprehensive training content, assessments, and knowledge transfer programs, acting as a subject matter expert for Frauscher railway signaling solutions.

You will collaborate with global teams, support onboarding, and promote digital learning platforms while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Railway Signaling, Rail Transportation, or Safety-Critical Systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of Signaling Systems, Axle Counters, and Train Detection Technologies.
• Experience in technical training, content development, and customer-facing roles.

Lead Technical Trainer Frauscher Academy

Purpose

• To deliver and support technical training, competency development, and knowledge transfer initiatives for Frauscher customers, partners and employees, ensuring effective adoption of Frauscher products and solutions.

Job Description
