Job summary

Moofwd Technologies India in Pune seeks a Lead TPM to partner with Engineering, Product, PMO and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives across Agile Release Trains, enterprise release management and infrastructure modernization.

You will plan, coordinate and execute complex programs spanning multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities, delivery milestones and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• This role will partner with Engineering, Product, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), enterprise release management, infrastructure modernization, and program governance.
• The Lead TPM will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex technical programs that span multiple teams while ensuring alignment with business priorities, delivery milestones, and organizational objectives. This role will play a key part in strengthening PMO operations, improving release predictability, enabling cross-functional execution, and supporting infrastructure and platform transformation initiatives.
