Job summary

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. in India seeks an experienced SAP FICO professional to lead configuration and customization, including BBP requirement gathering and functional specification delivery for business operations.

The role covers SAP FI/CO with MM and SD integration, day-to-day service desk resolutions, and delivering user trainings and documentation.

Candidates should have BE, finance background, SAP S4HANA implementation experience, SAP MBC a plus, and 7–8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BE degree required; finance background preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA implementation preferred.
• SAP MBC experience advantageous.
• 7–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP FICO; BBP requirement gathering and functional specification delivery.
• Provide operational support; FI/CO with integration to Sales and MM modules.
• Resolve tickets raised on Service Desk.
• Develop and deliver user trainings and documentation for business users.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B. E.

Prefer candidates with some finance background

Prefer candidates with SAP S4HANA implementation experience

SAP MBC experience will be an added advantage

Technical Skills/Knowledge

SAP FICO preferably SAP Certified and working knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules
