Job summary

Codevian Technologies is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant with 5-8 years of functional experience. The role involves solutioning, design, configuration, testing, and data migration for ECC/S4HANA projects, including cutover activities and customer demonstrations.

English communication is required for workshops and stakeholder interactions. Experience with international clients and knowledge of ASAP methodology, documentation (BPD/KDS/FS/UAT), and SAP support processes will be advantageous.

Job description

Experience:

Should have SAP FICO functional experience of 5-8 years, with good knowledge in Costing area

Should have 3 end-to-end implementation experience in (ECC S4)

Experience in S4HANA implementation, Migration, upgrade would be preferable

Experience in International clients is preferable

Participate in the solutioning, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover of SAP implementations and troubleshooting support. Responsible for recommending solutions considering the scope of client requirements, create proof of concepts for the new requirements and showcase it to Customer. to translate business requirements into Solutions

Builds strong working relationship with external stakeholders and direct interaction with customers and should be able to convince / negotiate in case of conflicts

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English with capability to drive requirement-gathering workshops.

Should be aware of the ASAP implementation methodology and creating documentations such as BPD, KDS, FS, Test scripts, UAT, sign off

Should be aware of the SAP Support process, documentations such as Scoping, UAT, sign off, Ticketing structure

Should be able to create LSMW

Should have basic ABAP knowledge

Should have knowledge of Background Jobs + variant creations

Should have worked with 1 or 2 add-on products or software integration with SAP.

Functional Skills:

Gathering the SAP business requirements from the Business Units and performing the assessment and feasibility study accordingly.

Design, Customize, Configure, and testing of SAP FI/CO Modules

Good experience in ECC S/4 latest versions

Configuration of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Taxation, Cash and Bank Accounting including automatic payment programs at SAP system.

Month-end closing activities inclusive of solving all the technical issues raised by the client at the SAP system (Costing Run, WIP, Variance, Settlement and ML Run)

Product costing designing as per the client requirement as well as analysis of Capacity Planning at SAP System.

Internal orders/ WBS designing and settlement activities at SAP System.

Knowledge in PS (Project Systems) module

S/4 HANA Implementation migration activities at SAP System

IDoc EDI, RFC, BAPI and other interfaces supporting activities at SAP System

SAP Enhancement and customized programs as per client requirements

SAP supporting of SD MM Module like configuration the setting of credit control area

Designing the basic asset accounting reports with various reporting tools

Designing accounting such as analysis of the chart of depreciation area, Creation of depreciation keys inclusive of book and tax and configuration settings

Supporting the new GL/Hana and documents splitting activities at SAP System

Importing and processing bank statements in the SAP standard SAP System inclusive of enhancement options from EhP5

SAP Legacy System Migration workbench, Batch Data Communication Business Application Programming Interface

Supporting FICO Area including Customization, Configuration, Enhancement and Rollout.

Good exposure in Product costing.

Expert in Material Ledger product costing

Experience in Bank integration

Experience in handling roll-out of new company codes, cut-over activities, migration of data, master data upload

Integration of FICO with other modules

Experience in designing custom applications, preparation of Functional Specification, Unit test documents, UAT documents, Configuration documents
