Job summary

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

In this role you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality web applications and supporting infrastructure by working closely with business and product managers. You will work on a range of back-end and front-end technologies including Java, Spring, TypeScript, React, and SQL Server, while participating actively in design and code reviews. You will remain hands-on in design and development while guiding the team in engineering best practices. You will also troubleshoot business-critical issues, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor junior team members on both technology and domain aspects to support their growth and development.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal candidate should hold-

Basic qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6 to 9 years of work experience
• Strong full-stack development experience with Java and Spring or similar frameworks on the back end, and TypeScript and React on the front end, with familiarity in SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrated passion for technology, quality, and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication; people management experience is a plus.
• Excellent reasoning ability, interpersonal, and communication skills, as the role involves frequent interaction with business groups.

Advanced Qualifications:

• Experience integrating GenAI workflows, including RAG pipelines, using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent tools to build scalable AI applications is a plus.
