Qualifications

• 10+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Python, Groovy, Java, Shell, Maven, Git/GitHub Enterprise, and Node.js.
• Strong enterprise architecture, troubleshooting, leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer – DevOps to lead the design, development, automation, and continuous evolution of enterprise DevOps platforms supporting Williams‑Sonoma's global eCommerce ecosystem. This role combines deep expertise in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and software engineering to accelerate software delivery while ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. As a technical leader, you will design and enhance modern DevOps platforms, build automation‑first engineering solutions, mentor development teams, and enable self‑service capabilities that improve developer productivity across eCommerce websites, mobile applications, retail stores, supply chain, and contact center platforms.
