Job summary

Aptia Group is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong candidate pipelines aligned with business goals.

You will partner with business leaders, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience across the end-to-end process.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 6+ years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
