Trigent Software is seeking a Lead Specialist - Employee Benefits in India. The role requires extensive expertise in employee benefits programs and a strong grasp of Group Term Policy frameworks. The ideal candidate will manage broker-to-broker transactions, coordinate with insurers and TPAs, and maintain accurate data for employee records across accounts.

Immediate joiners are preferred, with a background in the Indian market and hands-on experience handling benefits administration end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
• Experience with Group Term Policy, GMA, GMC and GTA.
• Experience in Indian market and broker-to-broker transactions.
• Data management for employee records across accounts.
