Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru, India seeks a seasoned SAP TM Lead to steer implementations, rollouts, and production support for transportation management. You will gather requirements, design end-to-end TM solutions, and configure freight planning, optimization, and settlement.

Collaborative work across EWM, SD, MM, and FI ensures clean data flow and solution alignment. You will partner with global teams to deliver value in logistics processes, while providing ongoing enhancements and production

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in SAP TM with strong expertise in transportation and logistics processes.
• Hands-on TM configuration: freight order management, planning, execution, and charge management.
• Experience in S/4HANA TM or embedded TM implementations preferred.
• Strong understanding of integration with EWM, SD, MM, and FI.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design end-to-end transportation solutions aligned with logistics processes.
