Job summary

EPAM Systems in Delhi, India seeks a Lead Software Engineer to drive full-stack architecture and delivery using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS. You will lead estimation-to-release execution, strengthen engineering practices, and apply AI Native Engineering with Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end architectures, guiding technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and integrating AI-native practices into delivery across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack engineering experience of 9+ years with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React.
• Deep backend development expertise, including SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong skill in architecture definition, solution planning, and technical decision-making.
• Track record of leading teams while keeping stakeholders aligned through the development process.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions.
• Working knowledge of AI SDLC practices and how to integrate them into delivery.
