Job summary

Epam Systems Pune invites a seasoned Java specialist to design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java 21, Spring Boot, and microservices on Azure cloud. You will build RESTful APIs, lead code reviews, and guide engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, ensuring reliable deployments and performance. Bachelor's in CS or related field required; 10+ years hands-on experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on Java/Spring microservices experience.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Security and JUnit.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, Sybase and PL/SQL).
• Background in microservices architecture, Azure Cloud and Serverless.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes with containers and Istio concepts.
• Experience with Docker and Redis is desirable.
• Familiarity with Git/GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
