Job summary

Société Générale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Lead - Digital Channels Engineering to drive the design, development, modernization and delivery of enterprise digital channels and customer-facing web applications. We are seeking an experienced Lead - Digital Channels Engineering to lead the design, development, modernization and delivery of enterprise digital channels and customer-facing web applications. The role will provide technical leadership across Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript and front-end architecture while driving engineering excellence, user experience, scalability and agile delivery.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Front End: Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TailwindCSS.

Integration: Node.js, REST APIs.

Engineering: Git, Agile, Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Responsive Design, Cross-Browser Compatibility.

Architecture: Front-End Architecture, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization, UI Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma and design systems.
• Knowledge of .NET Razor templates and CMS platforms such as Kentico.
• Experience with cloud-native web applications.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD and enterprise architecture practices.
