Job summary

ResultsCX Bengaluru is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive enterprise application integration, focusing on MS SQL Server, C#, and API/Web Service integrations. You will ensure data quality, performance, and reliable data exchange across internal and third-party systems, including AWS-based components. The role requires hands-on leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Experience with IVanti, Avaya or Genesys in contact center contexts is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in MS SQL Server and expertise in T-SQL, including stored procedures and performance analysis.
• 4+ years’ experience on development team C# development and/or SQL.
• 4-6 years of work experience in API/Web Service Integration.

Lead Software Engineer

Full Location: Bengaluru - IN

Our Lead Software Engineer will work on Application Integration team. This team is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, maintenance, testing and deployment of solutions to integrate internal and third party and enterprise applications by using T-SQL, Web Services, APIs, or internal systems, DWH.

In this role you will:

• Oversee company standards, and work to ensure quality, stability, usability, and performance or all Enterprise Application integration.
• Proactively identify system and process improvement initiatives within the Enterprise Application organization which create efficiencies and value and addresses quality concerns of the organization.
• Coordinate with other managers, Directors, architects and Enterprise Applications leadership as needed.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 7+ years of work experience in MS SQL Server and expertise in T-SQL and MS SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance analysis.
• 4+ years’ experience on development team C# development and/or SQL.
• 4-6 years of work experience in API/Web Service Integration.
• Experience using JSON/XML
• Experience extracting data through coded solutions from different data sources such as FTP/SFTP, MS SharePoint, email, etc.
• Identifying and handling technical risks and issues.
• Experience integrating with call Center applications via APIs, specifically Ivanti (ITSM), Avaya CMS, Genesys Customer Interaction Center (CIC), InContact and/or Altitude would be a bonus.
• Experience with AWS Cloud would be a bonus.
• Experience in BPO Operations or Workforce Management would be a plus.
