Job summary

SRKay Consulting in Bengaluru seeks a hands-on Lead Software Engineer with a 70% backend and 30-40% frontend focus. You will work with Node.js/Python, microservices, event-driven patterns, Kafka/RabbitMQ, REST/GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native tools including Docker and Kubernetes.

You will lead 4-8 engineers, perform architecture and code reviews, own end-to-end delivery, and coordinate with Product, BA, QA, DevOps, and global stakeholders to uphold design patterns and testing standards.

• Backend work includes Node.js, Python, microservices, event-driven architectures.
