You will mentor engineers, review code, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver customer‑focused features. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, Docker, and cloud-native patterns is valued, with an emphasis on performance and scalability.

You Should Apply If

• You have 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
• You've built and operated scalable backend services in production.
• You have strong programming fundamentals in any modern backend language (Java, Go, Python, Node.js, C#, etc.).
• You have experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• You have hands‑on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, and message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• You have worked with Docker and containerized applications.
• You have experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar.
• You enjoy solving performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
• You've worked in a product‑based SaaS environment.

Nice To Have

• Experience with AWS and cloud‑native architectures.
• Kubernetes experience.
• GraphQL experience.
