The role requires 10+ years in product development, deep GenAI expertise, Kubernetes, and strong consulting skills to translate business needs into scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech (or above) in Computer Science or related streams from premier institutes.
• 10+ years of product development experience.
• Excellent consulting skills and client-facing ability.
• Hands-on with GenAI solutions and AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define, build and validate AI/ML solutions in agile fashion.
• Experiment rapidly within a multidisciplinary team.

Member of a multidisciplinary team able to experiment in a rapid mode - to define, build and validate solutions in a agile fashion

Programming: Python, Java, Javascript (any 2)

Frameworks/Protocols: AgenticAI framworks - Opensource - langchain, crew.ai & commercial offerings (CoPilot, AgentSpace etc.), MCP, A2A etc.

ML Architectures: GenAI (must have), any 2 of following (Deep Learning, NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn)

Software Architecture: Architectural patterns and their application, tradition and AI applications

Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ServiceNow, SalesForce (hands on knowledge with any 2-3)

Product Development with 10+ years of experience

BE/BTech (or above) in Computer Science or related streams from premier institutes only

Extensive experience in AI/ML technologies and software development in premiere setups

Excellent consulting skills

Expertise in Python / Java programming language (as explained above)

Experience in development of cutting-edge GenAI solutions, exploring advanced AI models, and proprietary generative models.

Deep knowledge of Container management tool Kubernetes
