Job summary

Bebo Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bhubaneshwar seeks an experienced software architect to own the end-to-end architecture of agentic AI systems, from design decisions to production rollout.

You will define multi-agent patterns, scale RAG architectures, evaluate LLMs, and ensure observability and cost control while collaborating with senior engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in CS or related field.
• 9–12 years of experience in software architecture or AI platform development.
• Strong Python proficiency with design patterns and microservices experience.
• Experience with LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, AutoGPT.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of agentic AI systems from design to production.
• Define multi-agent system patterns for planning, execution, memory, and evaluation.
• Set architectural standards for reasoning workflows and prompt orchestration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end architecture of agentic AI systems, from design decisions to production rollout and stabilization
• Define multi-agent system patterns for planning, execution, tool orchestration, memory management, and evaluation
• Establish architectural standards for reasoning workflows, prompt orchestration, and structured output enforcement
• Design and scale RAG architectures, including strategies for retrieval, grounding mechanisms, and data flow patterns
• Evaluate and select LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools based on performance, cost, and use-case fit
• Ensure production readiness through observability, performance tuning, and cost control strategies
• Collaborate with senior engineering leaders and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical direction
• Set best practices and guardrails for agentic AI development across teams

Job Requirements:

• B.Tech, MCA, MSC(IT), or M.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 9 to 12 years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI platform development
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with design patterns and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and AutoGPT or similar
• Expertise in embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems
• Proven track record of designing scalable and maintainable systems
