Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Noida is seeking an Intune Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The role covers enrollment, deployment, security configurations, and end-user support.

You will handle device provisioning, policy enforcement, and application packaging, while coordinating with vendors. Strong scripting for automation will be valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE environments.
• Proficient in device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of ADE (Apple Device Enrollment) and Android Enterprise enrollment workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, MDM agent, policy and deployment issues across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE environments.
• Configure and support device enrollment for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
• Implement and manage Apple Device Enrollment (ADE) and Android Enterprise enrollment.
• Deploy applications, profiles, compliance policies, and security configurations through Intune.
• Support Windows Autopilot and Pre-Provisioning deployments.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint compliance, security, and asset inventory.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, MDM agent, policy, and application deployment issues.
• Package and deploy applications for Apple Mac devices.
• Create and deploy PowerShell and macOS shell scripts through Intune.
• Monitor Endpoint Analytics and recommend performance improvements.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors and service providers for device-related issues.
• Provide L2 support for Outlook and messaging-related issues.
• Perform remote wipe, selective wipe, and device retirement activities.
• Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based incident and problem management processes.
