Job Title: Lead/ Senior .NET Developer

Location: Open to any Orion Innovation office - Mumbai/Pune/Kochi/Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore/Kochi

Work type: Hybrid (12 days in office required)

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with C# / .NET writing high-quality code with test coverage.
• Testing methodologies such as test-driven development or playwright.
• Proven experience as a technical lead within a delivery team
• Leading lower-level architectural and design decisions and setting engineering standards
• Performing code-reviews and ensuring maintainable and secure code
• Driving best practices for API design, data access and security
• Collaborating with product, platform, security, and architecture stakeholders
• Ownership of OAuth2/OIDC flow selection and standardization, with clear authorization strategies
• Strong EF experience, including schema migrations across both SQL and NoSQL
• Experience building solutions on Azure
• Writing unit and integration tests; using mocking frameworks
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (ideally Azure DevOps)
• Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment

Nice to Have

• Defining and evolving CI/CD standards across teams
• Deep hands‑on experience with Terraform on Azure
• Ownership of test strategy (unit, integration, contract, automation)
