Lead Front End Developer

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kochi.

Hybrid role (12 days in office).

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Proven experience providing technical leadership within a delivery team, including mentoring developers and guiding front‑end design decisions.
• Setting and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and quality gates for Angular codebases.
• Performing and leading code reviews, ensuring readability, performance, accessibility, and security of front‑end code.
• Good understanding of Git version control and branching strategies, using GitHub and/or Azure DevOps.
• Solid experience building Angular applications for production, including bundling, optimisation, minification, tree‑shaking, and build configuration.
• Strong front‑end development experience using Angular and TypeScript (mandatory), building maintainable, testable, and performant UI applications.
• Experience implementing unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests for Angular applications (e.g., Jasmine/Karma, Jest, Playwright).
• Solid understanding of modern front‑end architecture patterns, state management, and component design.
• Experience working closely with back‑end, product, UX, and platform teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and deploying Angular applications in Microsoft Azure environments (e.g., CI/CD, App Services).
