EPAM Systems in Jaipur, India is seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst - Data to bridge development and business stakeholders on SDLC projects. You will drive requirements elicitation, data mapping, and Agile delivery, while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and technical teams.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and maintaining end-to-end traceability across tools like Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of overall IT experience including business analysis, BRD/FRD creation, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in data analysis, data modeling, data migration, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience working on SDLC projects as a liaison between development and business partners.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/Scrum Ban/SAFe).
• Familiarity with Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between development and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Engage with client and business stakeholders for requirements elicitation and acceptance testing.
• Document software system requirements and manage end-to-end traceability using Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Apply Agile frameworks throughout project delivery.
• Write source-to-target mapping documents and perform data gap analyses.
• Run workshops with business users and drive Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate requirement gathering for data movement and data needs.
• Diagram complex processes to guide teams toward goals.
