PeopleStrong is seeking a Lead – Security to manage end-to-end security operations at the site, safeguarding residents, visitors, employees and assets. You will supervise outsourced security manpower and oversee CCTV monitoring, access control, and incident handling.

The role requires coordinating with local authorities, performing security audits, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and maintaining a well-governed environment across gates and common areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is required.
• Security management certification is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in security operations or related environments.

Job description

The Lead – Security is responsible for managing end-to-end security operations at the assigned site, ensuring safety of residents, visitors, employees, assets, and facilities. The role oversees outsourced security manpower, CCTV monitoring, access control, incident management, and compliance with security SOPs to maintain a secure and well-governed environment.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Security Operations

• Manage day-to-day security operations at the site through outsourced security agencies.
• Ensure effective deployment and supervision of security personnel across gates, lobbies, amenities, and critical areas.
• Monitor visitor management, material movement, vehicle control, and access management.
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, closure, and preventive measures for all incidents.
• Coordinate with local authorities wherever required.

Compliance & Audits

• Conduct routine security audits of gates, common areas, parking zones, and critical infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to security SOPs, site regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Fire & Safety teams during emergencies and mock drills.

Minimum Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Security Management certification preferred.

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Security Operations, Facility Management, Residential Township, Commercial Complex, or Hospitality environments.
• Experience in managing outsourced security manpower, CCTV systems, access control, and incident handling.
