Job summary

SourcingXPress is seeking a hands‑on Lead SDET to define and scale quality engineering for our AI platform. The role blends 80% individual contribution with 20% leadership, focusing on testing infrastructure, quality standards, and mentoring engineers.

You will architect automation frameworks, drive CI/CD quality, and lead validation strategies across LLM, Voice AI, and multimodal AI systems. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership position in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in SDET or QA Automation.
• Strong product engineering background.
• Expert‑level coding in Python and Java.
• Deep expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Appium, PyTest, TestNG, REST Assured.
• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, System Design, CI/CD, SDLC, STLC.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define company‑wide quality strategy.
