Job summary
Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd., Visakhapatnam, is seeking a senior scientist to lead the Cell & Molecular Biology department for diagnostic kit development. You will design and execute recombinant antigen generation in E.
coli, insect and mammalian cells, and generate monoclonal antibodies against antigens by Hybridoma or Phage display methods; experience with recombinant antibodies is essential. Candidates should have 10–15 years of experience in recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibody
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Life Sciences required.
- 10–15 years in recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibody generation.
- Expertise in molecular biology, cell culture, and purification.
- Knowledge of diagnostics assays CLIA, ELISA would be a plus.
