Job summary

Bharat Serums and Vaccines is seeking an experienced Life Sciences professional to perform cell-based potency assays, ELISA and other bioassays in a regulated lab environment.

The candidate will work with adherent and suspension cell lines, perform instrument qualification, data analysis with GraphPad Prism, PLA Software and MS Excel, and maintain rigorous lab documentation in line with cGMP/GLP standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced Life Sciences professional with expertise in Cell Culture, ELISA, and Cell-Based Bioassays.
• Hands-on experience with adherent and suspension cell lines, including maintenance and banking.
• Proficient in GraphPad Prism, PLA Software, and MS Excel for data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience in SOPs, STPs, protocols and laboratory documentation.
• Experience in bioassay qualification, validation and method transfer.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, Data Integrity and regulatory compliance.

• Operate and support qualification of laboratory instruments such as CO Incubators, Biosafety Cabinets (BSC), Plate Readers, and Cell Counters.
• Analyze experimental data using GraphPad Prism, PLA Software, and MS Excel.
• Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, STPs, protocols, and laboratory documentation.
• Participate in method qualification, validation, and transfer activities.
• Investigate deviations, OOS/OOT results, and laboratory incidents.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and troubleshooting initiatives within the laboratory.
