We are seeking an experienced Lead – Sales & Technical Trainer for a leading jewellery retailer. You will conduct technical training on gold, diamonds and gemstones and train store teams on product knowledge, storytelling, upselling and cross-selling.

Develop training modules, learning materials, assessments and certification programmes. You will visit stores, coach teams on the floor, evaluate competencies and share performance insights with management to drive conversion, AOV and UPT.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of jewellery-sector training or education experience.
• Strong knowledge of gold, diamond grading, gemstones and jewellery craftsmanship.
• Experience training jewellery retail sales teams.
• GIA / IGI / IIGJ certifications in gemology, diamonds, or jewellery are preferred.
