Job summary

Experian is seeking an experienced RPA Engineer to design, develop, and support automation solutions using UiPath, .NET/C#, SQL, and APIs. The role focuses on delivering measurable business value through scalable automations and AI-enhanced capabilities, in an Agile setting.

The candidate will own end-to-end automation delivery, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure robust integration across enterprise systems while maintaining strong security and governance practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering RPA and enterprise automation solutions.
• Hands-on UiPath proficiency including Studio and Orchestrator.
• Strong development skills in .NET/C#, SQL, and API integrations.
• Experience designing scalable automation across applications and databases.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and Agile.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled automation, Generative AI, and IDP.
• UiPath certification or equivalent automation credentials desirable.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.

• Own automation delivery throughout the lifecycle, including monitoring and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Apply security, governance, and risk controls across automation solutions.
• Explore emerging AI and automation technologies to improve outcomes.

Role Overview

As an RPA Engineer, you will design, develop, and support automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes. Leveraging UiPath, .NET/C#, SQL, APIs, and modern integration technologies, you will determine the best automation approach for each use case, whether through RPA, APIs, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will drive automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

What You'll Bring

• You have 5+ years of experience delivering RPA and enterprise automation solutions, with strong hands‑on expertise in UiPath.
• You are proficient in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, including deployment, monitoring, exception handling, reusable components, queues, and assets.
• You have strong development skills in .NET/C#, SQL, and API integrations.
• You have experience designing and delivering scalable automation solutions across applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
• You understand software engineering best practices, including source control, testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
• You are comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
• You have knowledge of AI-enabled automation, including Generative AI and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• You can assess automation opportunities and recommend the best approach using RPA, APIs, integrations, workflow automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• UiPath certification or equivalent automation credentials are desirable.

• You will explore and leverage emerging AI and automation technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

• This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in‑office and remote work.
• You will report directly to the Engineering Manager.
