Job summary

TekPillar seeks a Lead Railway Signalling Engineer in Bangalore to drive end-to-end development of railway signalling systems from requirements to deployment.

The role requires expertise in Interlocking (EI/CBI), ETCS, CBTC, ATP/ATO, and strong system/software engineering, V&V, RAMS, and EN 50128 compliance. You will mentor teams and collaborate with customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end development of railway signalling systems from requirements to deployment.
• Design and develop signalling solutions for Interlocking (EI/CBI), ETCS, CBTC, and ATP/ATO systems.
• Perform System Engineering, Software Engineering, Verification & Validation (V&V), and RAMS.
• Ensure compliance with EN 50128 and other railway safety standards.
• Manage system requirements, design documentation, testing, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with customers, cross-functional teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support integration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
