Ryan Specialty in Mumbai, India is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to oversee testing across software applications in the insurance domain. You will design and execute test strategies, develop automated testing frameworks, and mentor a QA team to ensure robust quality across releases.
The role requires at least 8 years in Software Quality Engineering, a Bachelor's in Software Engineering or CS, and preferred certifications.
The Lead Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining the production processes and ensuring that the software is as per business requirements and standards. The role designs quality tests, develops the documentation, and test procedures, keeps track of quality standards, and specifies the requirements that a test result must satisfy. They lead testing efforts, develop test strategies, design, and execute test cases to validate software applications and systems, mentor and provide guidance to quality assurance team members.
Mumbai - India
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; Software Engineering, Computer Science degree is preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering.
American Society For Quality (ASQ) Certified, Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), or International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) is preferred.
