Qualifications

• Minimum of B.S./B.E./B.Tech in CS/EE/ECE/IT
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in Networking/Telecom- Embedded/Network Management with hands-on experience in functional, system test and automation
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in test plan development and validating scalable data center network and network security solutions
• Experience in performance, scale and convergence testing and analyzing performance related issues
• Hands-on experience in developing test automation suites using Python or similar scripting language
• Experience with test automation tools and virtualization platforms (Spirent, IXIA) and VMware/OpenStack
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across organizational levels
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally to meet goals

• Hands-on experience in developing test automation suites using Python or similar scripting language
• Experience in performance, scale and convergence testing and analyzing performance related issues and improving the performance and convergence at system level
• Ability to develop and publish solution validation document and test reports
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization: Product Management, Technical Marketing, Field Sales, Documentation and Development Team
