Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensure that processes are efficient and productive.
• Manage the non-conformance process and drive timely root cause analysis.
• Debug and perform system/subsystem failure analysis using root cause analysis methods.
• Communicate with all levels of staff to resolve internal and external challenges.
• Ensure appropriate CAPA by process owners and create roadmaps for improvement opportunities.
• Manage control of non-conforming material and accountability of tools and equipment.
• Monitor handling of UAV batteries.
• Conduct Kaizen sessions for product improvements in accordance with ISO9001/AS9100.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensure that processes are efficient and productive
• Manage the non-conformance process and drive timely root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions of product and process nonconformities during UAV production and post-delivery
• Debug and perform system/subsystem failure analysis using root cause analysis methods
• Communicate with all levels of staff and departments to resolve internal and external challenges
• Ensure appropriate CAPA by respective process owners, and create roadmaps for improvement opportunities
• Manage the control of non-conforming material (MRB and SCRAP Process)
• Manage the control over tool and equipment accountability, availability and calibration
• Monitor the safe handling and management of UAV batteries
• Conduct Kaizen sessions to drive quality processes and product improvements in line with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, in accordance with ISO9001 / AS9100 requirements
