Job summary

Innefu Labs is seeking a Lead Python Developer to own the end-to-end SDLC, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.

You will lead design and development of Python applications, mentor juniors, ensure code quality, and optimize performance while staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, data analytics, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on Core Python.
• Proven experience in a Senior or Lead Developer role.
• Proficient in software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
