As Lead Product Manager, you’ll be the key driver for identifying, executing, and optimizing strategies that improve player engagement, retention, and monetization across our live game. You will focus on key LiveOps pillars such as events, feature performance, and live sales; ensuring that everything we launch is performant, data-informed, and player-first.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Ops, and Analytics teams to define, prioritize, and deliver exceptional player experiences that meet both business and player goals.
This role follows a non‑standard working schedule to support close collaboration with a U.S.‑based team. The position requires a regular daily overlap from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST to align with the Los Angeles team (this overlap is a fixed requirement). During the initial ramp‑up period, new hires are also expected to be available for collaboration during daytime hours, approximately between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM IST, with some flexibility.
Candidates should be comfortable working a split schedule during the ramp‑up phase, with at least two hours of guaranteed overlap with the U.S. team.
