Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Talent Coordinator in Bengaluru on a hybrid schedule from our Bangalore hub, joining our Talent Acquisition team. You will orchestrate a candidate experience that reflects who we are and what we value, coordinating interviews and travel for non-local candidates, and ensuring interviewers are prepared.

You will manage candidates in Greenhouse, collaborate with recruiters, and help optimize processes, reporting, and metrics while supporting the evolution of our recruitment

Qualifications

• High-volume recruitment coordination experience.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute.
• Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment.
• Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills.
• Gmail, Google Calendar and Google docs proficiency.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking system or CRM.
• Strong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange all candidate interviews, including booking travel accommodations for non-local candidates.
• Manage candidates in Greenhouse (applicant tracking system).
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones with multiple participants.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners (recruiters) to ensure a great candidate experience and facilitate processes such as interviews, offers, and background checks.
• Work with People Operations, People Business Partners, and People Experience teams on efforts to optimize processes, workflow, and reporting.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking metrics, candidate surveys and reporting.
• Contribute to the evolution of our recruitment processes by working closely with the team.

Scopely is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team operating on a hybrid schedule from our Bangalore hub! This hybrid role involves working from the office 3–5 days per week.
